These Terms of Service govern your use of bolinketi.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens and because rhinestones are highly reflective. Some items are assembled or finished by hand, so small variations in size and finish are normal and are not defects.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed and paid for.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• We cannot ship to your address
• A pricing or description error has occurred
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, in some countries, local payment methods. Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We ship on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis: customs clearance, import duties and import taxes are included in the shipping fee. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. 7. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Custom and OEM orders

Custom, personalised and OEM/ODM orders are made to your specification. Production begins only after you approve the artwork, materials and specification. Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty. Lead times for custom production are confirmed in writing before production starts.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and designs — belongs to Bolinketi or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Where you send us artwork or a design for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to place orders or test payment cards. We use fraud-prevention measures (including reCAPTCHA) and may block or report abusive activity.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
